Yoga Sessions

The art of Practicing Yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and peaceful mind. Yoga programme was conducted in our College from 16.07.2018 to 20.07.2018. Mrs. S. Chitra Devi, Yogic Trainer taught Aasanas like Padmasana, Vajrasana, Pujangasana etc. Pranayamam, Breathing Exercises, Exercises for Eyes were also taught for our B.Ed Student teachers.
